What is GH PUBFEST?

GH PUBFEST is a week-long unique outdoor event that aims to bring together all happy cocktail lovers and bar lovers in Ghana over the age of 18 to immerse themselves in pure joy. The event aims to create a fun tourist atmosphere where people can meet family, friends, colleagues, staff and visitors.

In addition, GH PUBFEST aims to provide a compelling marketing platform for vendors to promote goods, products and services to generate revenue, while also creating employment opportunities in various value chains related to the festival.

The exciting and immersive experience also provided attendees with a platform to showcase the best of food, fashion, music and sports. GH PUBFEST promises to be an unforgettable event for all participants including beverage manufacturers, product exhibitors and consumers etc.

Mode of Execution

Venue (s)

The festival will take the form of a roadshow starting from a central location in the capital Accra for ease of accessibility. The plan is to organize region specific events over a period of one year starting with the Accra event as the main event.

Setup

State of the art stage, lighting, sound, and other event logistics will be deployed to ensure an amazing experience for all attendees.

Exhibition

Participating Pubs will mount exhibition of their services at the event grounds. This will be facilitated by shell schemes and other setup equipment to mimic their pubs and useability.

Activities

Several activities have been planned to spice up GH PUBFEST. This is aimed at giving it a unique flavor and create an atmosphere of participation which will promote sales and generate interest for business.

Pre-Event Launch

A media launch will precede the event. This will be facilitated by both electronic and online press to give visibility to the initiative.
